The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the two fighters met personally to build hype for next month's bout.
Ex two-time world boxing king Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive disparity - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to damage his features and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will really want to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally known for his theatrics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead criticized former Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and labeled him "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK rival Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," the boxer stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Still, the novice remains one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, consistently making massive paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old anticipated a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would derail the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly being planned for two years from now.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers participated in the customary confrontation, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it highlighted just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is actually proceeding.
