Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
